Often abbreviated as “OFW,” this former industrial area is now a modern, trendy hub for hip people looking for good food and shopping. Located on the eastside of Atlanta, the neighborhood is steeped in history, very well known, and home to many well-known attractions, such as Atlanta’s famous Ponce City Market and Atlanta’s renowned Eastside Beltline Trail, which makes its way through the area.

Historic Fourth Ward Park is a must-see, offering many popular events such as sweet Auburn Historic District’s Springfest, the South’s most prominent African American heritage festival, and the National Black Arts Festival.
