Founded in 2006, Beacham & Company, REALTORS® entered the market as a small, locally-owned company that quickly drew national recognition for its unprecedented quality of photography and marketing. To this day, Beacham remains the only real estate company in Atlanta with in-house photography and photo editing department. Beacham opens its first office at the Borghese.
2007
The first issue of The Beacham Series is released.
2008
Beacham grows to 20 agents.

The Beacham Series debuts new square format.

The first Beacham Series release party takes place
at 981 Davis Drive.

Beacham’s spring party is hosted at “Pink Castle,” which included design from Neel Reid, Philip Shutze, Lewis Crook, Earnest Ivey and James Means.
2012
Beacham won 6 International Marketing Awards.
2013
Beacham moves offices to One Buckhead Plaza.
2014
Beacham’s softball team, “The Beacham Beast” is formed.
2015
Neel Reid’s “Arden” 456 West Paces Ferry Road is on the cover of The Beacham Series.
2016
Beacham celebrates its 10th anniversary at The Stave Room.
2017
Beacham Gives Back is launched.
2019
Beacham introduces “The Beacham Art Series” with works from over 60 international artists.
2020
Marketing team captures 1st place in the Consumer Materials category in the LeadingRE International Marketing Contest.
2021
Beacham unveils re-branded design of logo and signs.
2022
Marketing team captured 1st place in Consumer Marketing Materials for second consecutive year in the LeadingRE marketing contest, and placed 2nd in Interactive Media and 3rd in Brand Building.
