This brand, owned by Hilton, snatched up the Mandarin Oriental for a cool $53.3 million dollars, approximately $421,000 per key. Hilton has been steadily expanding The Waldorf portfolio, growing with nearly 30 properties most recently in Las Vegas, Bangkok, and Beverly Hills. Hilton Management Services is one the the largest in world and in 2017 a record 18 properties transitioned to Hilton, the most in company history.
