Nikki Mercer is a seasoned business professional with a track record of delivering superior results for her clients. At Beacham, she leverages her decades of business success in order to ensure optimal outcomes for her clients buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Throughout Nikki’s business career, her clients considered her a trusted advisor as she assisted them in growing their businesses and making significant technology investments. She also spent more than a decade in executive recruiting, placing CEOs and executive teams in corporate, entrepreneurial, and PE-backed companies. The significant parallels to real estate include Nikki’s superior client service, sharp negotiation skills, and a keen ability to assist her clients in navigating complex situations and making solid investments, recognizing a home purchase is often her client’s largest financial investment.

Nikki and her family have relocated to several dynamic real estate markets including San Diego, Chicago, Charleston, and Atlanta, where they invested in single-family homes as well as vacation and rental properties. From the family’s experience relocating for corporate roles, Nikki recognizes what it takes to execute a flawless corporate relocation and she feels a firsthand connection with executives and families experiencing relocation – whether it’s moving to or from Atlanta.
She leverages Beacham’s relocation expertise and Leading RE network to make an otherwise stressful relocation situation thoroughly enjoyable and successful.

Nikki began her real estate career in Charleston and Kiawah Island before returning to Atlanta. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and her master's degree in International Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. Nikki’s passions include animal rescue, ensuring children earn their high school diplomas, and preserving land and advocating for smart development. She served for several years on the boards of Communities in Schools of Atlanta; Duke Cancer Center, one of America’s leading cancer institutions; and Dix Park, a group credited with successfully saving and transforming 300 acres of urban land into a public park.
