Georgia Rae Hart is one of Beacham & Company’s newest agents. A native Atlantan, she knows the city’s twists and turns better than most, giving her a leg up in the real estate industry. After graduating from Greater Atlanta Christian School, Georgia attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Law. Her mother, Jan Hart, had been in the business for several years and was working for Beacham & Company. Jan’s spunky personality and emphasis on customer service quickly brought her to the top of the firm. After seeing her mother’s success in the business, Georgia jumped on board by getting her real estate license six years ago during her sophomore year of college.
After graduation, Georgia worked with her mother gaining experience through client interaction, showing property, holding open houses, and running caravans. While her knowledge of the city rested mostly inside the perimeter, Georgia was able to quickly get her bearings in several areas outside of the city including Lawrenceville and Kennesaw. One of their listings in Lawrenceville was a challenging one because the sellers had relocated and they were going through the entire process remotely. Georgia was able to adjust to these obstacles, single-handedly selling the home at a price that was close to the asking price within a very short time frame.
Georgia officially joined Beacham & Company’s staff in 2011, when she signed on as the Listing Coordinator and Relocation Specialist. Her experience in this position gave her a strong understanding of the back end of the business, which has helped her immensely and made her transition from staff member to agent a seamless one. Teaming up with her mother, Jan, she brings her marketing knowledge and office wisdom along with a strong drive and willingness to go above and beyond – a trait that will undoubtedly take her place in the Atlanta real estate industry.
Georgia has lived all over the city in several different areas, including Dunwoody, where she grew up. Georgia now lives in historic Norcross with her three-year-old son, Harrison.
