Ben Beacham was a transactional tax attorney for five years prior to joining Beacham & Company at the beginning of 2018. After graduating with honors from Emory University School of Law, Ben practiced tax law with a specific focus on tax-incentivized investments. Ben’s areas of expertise included the practice of syndicating various types of tax incentives, including low income housing credits, renewable energy tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, entertainment and film tax credits, and a spectrum of other federal and state-specific tax credits and deductions.
As an agent, Ben uses his background as a transactional attorney to help his clients maneuver the many complexities of a real estate transaction. He prides himself on his attention to detail and being transparent, honest, and hardworking. He works hand in hand with his mother, Glennis, and he also handles transactions independently.
Ben is a graduate of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, and he received his B.A. from the University of Georgia. After working at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, Ben returned to pursue his law degree and real estate career. He lives in Garden Hills with his wife Laura, sons Bennett and Ryan, and his dog Rory. Ben and his family are committed to supporting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – the hospital that saved Ryan’s life. When not at Beacham & Company or with his family, Ben enjoys playing golf and snow skiing.
