Working with Jennifer Moyers on the sale of my home, as well as the search for a new one, was a wonderful process. She marketed my home beautifully and advised me every step of the way to ensure a successful outcome during a difficult housing market. I have purchased and sold a number of homes over the years, and Jennifer stands out as the most skilled and dedicated professional with whom I have worked. Jennifer and I worked for years to find just the right home for my very picky family. Each family member had a different requirement, and it seemed as though would never find our perfect home. But after much searching, Jennifer tracked down a builder and property that fit everyone’s dreams. Then after construction, Jennifer took a very professional approach to sell our home. She was conscious of our family’s time and privacy but found many ways to present to potential buyers. She spent many hours showing our home – to some buyers repeatedly—but she always did so happily and courteously.

We worked with Jennifer to sell our house in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta. She provided us with excellent research to set our asking price, helped get the house staged (and stored) for maximum showcase appeal, and hired a wonderful photographer as part of her extensive marketing efforts for our house. In one of the most difficult markets for selling residential real estate, we received two offers within 90 days, ultimately receiving our asking price and closing on our timetable. During this same period, we asked Jennifer to help us look for a new house. She was resourceful in finding older houses, newer construction, and even some vacant lots suitable for building in neighborhoods that met our interests. She helped us close on a house in Ansley Park, and we were able to simultaneously sell and buy on the same day. Jennifer was instrumental in helping us, as two very busy professionals, in mapping our options for both selling and buying a house, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to others looking for effective and high-impact solutions to their residential real estate needs.
