I had to write to tell you how absolutely happy I am to have worked with Teresa Inghram as I searched for my retirement home in Atlanta. Teresa is a super go-getter and would send listings that were always spot on. We have never met but she was referred by my niece who has completed three transactions with Teresa. I love her energy and positive attitude. My trust grew and I finally was able to secure the exact model townhome in the community that I had chosen. My confidence was so strong that I made the purchase sight unseen! Teresa was the third Realtor to list our house and it had been on the market for several years.  She sold our house in 6 days!  Important to know: the sale price of our home was for a higher price than other brokers recommended we list for!  One of Teresa’s many strengths is she makes a point to know the special features of your home and then shares them with the potential buyer so they see the value.   Because we had experience with other brokers, we kept being “wowed” by Teresa and all that she offered to do for us. . Our realtor, Teresa Inghram, was great and worked tirelessly to find the perfect house for me and my husband. She was very patient, kind, and compassionate throughout the whole buying process and went above and beyond her job role. The house we loved was sold and taken off the market, but due to her diligent work, she was able to keep in touch with the agent, and when the offer fell through, she got us the house! She was well educated in the local market, and answered all of our questions. If we asked a question she couldn’t answer right away, she always did her research and got back to us in a timely manner. She altered her day to fit in with our schedule, and made sure we had all the essentials (food, snacks, drinks, pens, paper, etc.) plus more to make sure we were comfortable. She definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a well-qualified, trustworthy realtor to help buy or sell a home!  My mom is a broker, I know first- hand how hard you have to work.
