It’s rare lately when you get one of those Customer experiences that Wows you from the beginning to end and it was our Real Estate agent Teresa Inghram at Beacham & Company who gave us that experience recently. Teresa was so knowledgeable of the market, target client base, marketing techniques and process that from our first meeting we thought she was the right choice for the sale of our home. We just purchased a townhome near downtown Alpharetta. I worked with Teresa Inghram with Beacham & Company, REALTORS® (404) 990-0028. She’s amazing! We had some complications and she went to work! She stepped up and really made things happen! She spoke up for us and got us a great deal and really went to bat for us! She is super knowledgeable about the different areas too! We had her all over the place. Always punctual and offered to circle back around to houses if we wanted to. She is super nice and has a great energy! She made our experience so fun and managed the ups and downs of our journey perfectly!

Teresa was the third Realtor to list our house and it had been on the market for several years. She sold our house in 6 days! Important to know: the sale price of our home was for a higher price than other brokers recommended we list for! Our realtor, Teresa Inghram, was great and worked tirelessly to find the perfect house for me and my husband. She was very patient, kind, and compassionate throughout the whole buying process and went above and beyond her job role. The house we loved was sold and taken off the market, but due to her diligent work, she was able to keep in touch with the agent, and when the offer fell through, she got us the house!
