We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to Glennis and her support team for the outstanding job of selling our house. We crossed paths when we moved to Atlanta, GA in 2006. When it came time to sell the house in 2015, we interviewed several top agents in the Atlanta area, and decided to go with Glennis. We were very enthusiastic about the partnership with Glennis and her team so we listed the house at the end of October 2014.
In February, the night before we started packing part of our house to move, Glennis called us with multiple offers. She helped us negotiate the offers as she was flying to Utah for a family vacation. Glennis was always in direct contact with us, while at the same time keeping a close watch on the multiple offers to get us to the point of a Due Diligence Contract with one of the buyers. Ultimately, the potential buyer wanted us to extend the normal Due Diligence period, which we declined. Within a day, Glennis had new buyers back in the house for showings and on weekends she held open house events.
In April, we decided to fly back to Atlanta and move the balance of our items out of the house. We met with Glennis and shared our vision that we would like the house sold before we leave to go overseas in August and she agreed. As the moving truck was pulling out of the driveway, she had multiple offers again.
At this point, Glennis went into intense strategy mode with us to choose which offer to accept. There were repairs necessary to sell the house and as requested by the buyer, meeting with the builder of the house, Shaba Derazi. Glennis and her team went into full gear, and worked around the clock until the final hour to complete the repairs to close the deal.
Glennis Beacham is the principal of one of the largest and most prestigious real estate companies in Atlanta and based on her and her team’s work ethic, she handled our home sale by working tirelessly as if it was her own, and in the process, she became our friend.
