About Jim Carter

Jim Carter has spent his thirty-three-year career working in residential real estate. As part-owner and former Executive Producer of a real estate marketing television show on the Fox Network, Jim worked directly with large builders and developers to help them sell homes in communities throughout the Greater Atlanta Area. He attributes his successful career to a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service, a commitment to hard work, and a passion for all things real estate. Prior to helping start the television show in 1998, Jim was a commercial lender specializing in construction loans for builders and a mortgage lender.

 

Jim and his wife Allie live in Buckhead with their two children and two dogs. Jim is a graduate of Wake Forest University and a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Jim is an avid outdoorsman, a self-proclaimed above-average carpenter, and a committed volunteer to his children’s sports teams and Scouts BSA where he holds a variety of leadership roles.
