I have been investing in residential real estate since 1978 and have worked with many different leasing agents over time. Gabby Gray is in a league of her own. She delivers! Gabby has been very thorough, professional, and helpful in the entire process of renting a home of ours. Although it took a few weeks to find a tenant due to the market, and the bitterly cold winter, she has offered good suggestions about the potential tenants. It was certainly worth the wait.
