About Beth Nellis

As you may remember, the selling of our Normandy Drive home presented challenges we had never anticipated. Looking back now on the entire process, we cannot imagine any realtor who could have met them with more energy and enthusiasm, ingenuity, and tenacity than Beth provided through those many months. Quite simply, she was wonderful! Initially, we called her after receiving her card in the mail. When she came to talk with us, she and Beacham & Company were clearly the most impressive of the real estate professionals with whom we spoke. We were happy to also confirm that Terry had worked with her husband, Jim, and our Normandy home was right around the corner from the Nellis home. Even so, the sale of our property had to be one of Beth’s more challenging undertakings. She never appeared discouraged and met every setback and opportunity with enthusiasm and creativity. We are most grateful for her and for the support Beacham & Company provided during this process. Clearly, Rod’s photographs and the Beacham Magazine in which they appeared are huge assets for your company. In a final note of appreciation, we add the additional help we recently asked of Beth long after the sale of our past home and purchase of our current home was completed.
