We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to Glennis and her support team for the outstanding job of selling our house. We crossed paths when we moved to Atlanta, GA in 2006. When it came time to sell the house in 2015, we interviewed several top agents in the Atlanta area, and decided to go with Glennis. We were very enthusiastic about the partnership with Glennis and her team so we listed the house at the end of October 2014. In February, the night before we started packing part of our house to move, Glennis called us with multiple offers. She helped us negotiate the offers as she was flying to Utah for a family vacation. Glennis was always in direct contact with us, while at the same time keeping a close watch on the multiple offers to get us to the point of a Due Diligence Contract with one of the buyers. Ultimately, the potential buyer wanted us to extend the normal Due Diligence period, which we declined. Within a day, Glennis had new buyers back in the house for showings and on weekends she held open house events. In April, we decided to fly back to Atlanta and move the balance of our items out of the house. We met with Glennis and shared our vision that we would like the house sold before we leave to go overseas in August and she agreed. As the moving truck was pulling out of the driveway, she had multiple offers again. At this point, Glennis went into intense strategy mode with us to choose which offer to accept. There were repairs necessary to sell the house and as requested by the buyer, meeting with the builder of the house, Shaba Derazi. Glennis and her team went into full gear, and worked around the clock until the final hour to complete the repairs to close the deal. Glennis Beacham is the principal of one of the largest and most prestigious real estate companies in Atlanta and based on her and her team’s work ethic, she handled our home sale by working tirelessly as if it was her own, and in the process, she became our friend.

We want to thank you and your team for helping us sell our home and purchase another. Our previous realtor, since retired, recommended you. You, Ginny, and Joy exceeded our expectations. Your marketing materials were beautifully executed in a timely manner. I am sure you hear it often, but your level of service is exemplary. All three of you are responsive at any hour of the day. The experience you bring to a client relationship is invaluable. Because of this experience, you are able to anticipate and avoid problems. The attention to detail on contract and closing reminders is better than we have seen in any of our many house purchases or sales. It is quite a remarkable group you have assembled. You are both professional and personal. We felt you were genuinely concerned about getting us what we wanted for both our sale and the subsequent purchase. We are impressed with your group’s professionalism. Not only would we recommend you as a realtor, but we would also use you again. Thanks again for taking such good care of us.

Just a note to say thank you for the terrific job that you and your staff did in selling our home in Buckhead this summer. As you know, I retired several years ago from a business that was successful because we put such a high emphasis on customer service. Therefore I value this aspect of business above all others. You should be proud of your company’s level of commitment to the homeowner; it was unexpected and refreshing. Sometimes realtors get a bad rap for the perceived limited amount of time and energy that is put into the sale, expecting that the multiple-list and subsequent volume of other agents will do the work for them. Not so with Beacham. Your team worked on details that I didn’t know existed in the sale. The daily handholding and personal involvement gave me consolation during a very difficult selling environment. The fact that I now live in another city and was not able to personally work with contractors to resolve issues, up to and including the closing was not a problem. Your team did it all, promptly and with genuine enthusiasm. Thank you for the unparalleled service effort that you brought to the successful sale of our home.

Michael, and I want to thank you for your professionalism, courtesy, and counsel in marketing and ultimately selling our home. The residential market has been tricky and throughout the process, you were available for showings, advice, and most importantly, in the negotiations. Thanks also to Ginny and Joy for all of their hard work. You and your team handle everything so efficiently. At one point, I joked to Ginny that you all must only sleep 2 hours a night. We truly feel that you are the only one that could have handled our particular transaction, with its associated twists and turns. You remained calm and steadfast, which instilled confidence in us. Additionally, you found us a temporary residence, a townhouse in our neighborhood, which matched our criteria perfectly.
