At the beginning of the month, Beacham & Company hosted a party to celebrate the release of the spring issue of the Beacham Series. The cover featured Glennis Beacham’s listing at 3450 Ridgewood Road which is for sale at $4,996,000. Beacham photographer, Rod Collins, did a phenomenal job capturing the breathtaking Buckhead estate. Be sure to read our previous post about the release of the magazine.

In the past, the firm has celebrated at one of their fabulous listings, but this time, the party was held at their new office space located at One Buckhead Plaza next to the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead.
Here are some pre-party shots of Beacham & Company’s new space. Switching venues was definitely a success, it provided a fantastic backdrop for the party and gave agents an opportunity to share the new office with clients, vendors and each other.

As far as refreshments, the firm’s old neighbor, Local Three Kitchen & Bar provided hors d’oeuvres and drinks with the help of Heineken and Sinless Margarita.
The crew from Local Three did a brilliant job, serving up pimento cheese toast with bacon and chives, grilled beef satay with chimichurri, smoked North Georgia Mountain Trout with crème fraîche, chives and rye, and “PB & J” boiled peanut hummus, emily g’s jam, “club” crackers.
Dessert was provided by Smallcakes who set up a mouthwatering display of mini cupcakes that included all sorts of flavors like devil’s food cake and carrot cake.
The event was a success! Beacham & Company agents enjoyed catching up with clients, friends, family and each other. The firm is looking forward to the release of the next issue of the Series this Fall which they will start working on toward the end of the summer. The magazine has put Beacham ahead of the curve when it comes to marketing, continuing to win awards and constantly standing out as an example of the way a real estate publication should be.
