The Skogstad-Sodemann team has been successfully selling Real Estate in the greater Atlanta area for over 25 years.  The Team specializes in both the markets of first-time-buyers as well as the luxury markets of Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and Midtown.  Over the last five years, they have sold more than 80 million dollars of residential real estate in these markets as well as the markets which lie in between.  Repeatedly recognized as one of the top agents at a competing local agency, Ruth and Kristen recently joined forces with Beacham and Co., Atlanta’s Leading Real Estate Company, bringing with them great energy and a wealth of experience.
