Brookwood Hills was built in 1922 and consisted of just under 400 homes. Despite its proximity to Peachtree and the interstate, Brookwood Hills residents covet the quiet, private atmosphere, and it’s the perfect place for an afternoon stroll. The neighborhood offers one of the city’s most coveted community clubs featuring a park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Brookwood Hills falls within E. Rivers Elementary School, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.
