Most of the families have young children that play in the yards and cul-de-sac daily. The neighbors are great, and we have become good friends with all of them. The neighborhood is small (only 44 homes), but we are able to experience a great community with great amenities that include both a pool and tennis courts. It is a safe neighborhood.
