Not Our First Falcon’s Game! Places to Hit Before the Big Game!

It’s time that the Atlanta Falcon’s got a little recognition on the Beacham News. They have certainly made an appearance everywhere else lately, including the football field. This Sunday, they go up against the San Francisco 49ers. If you’re planning on cheering them on, here are some places you might want to check out!

STATS: These guys deserve the MVP award as far as sports bars. With TVs everywhere, fans can drink beer and cheer on their favorite teams on one of their three floors or if the weather is nice, their roof top patio. They have private rooms perfect for hosting tailgating parties and they’re right around the corner from Centennial Park. Some of their tables even have taps in the walls so you can self serve yourself as much beer as you want (#stuffwewishwehadthoughtof)! Also, be sure to try their signature cocktail, the “Dirty Bird Colada!”

Legal Sea Food: This two story grub hub is right around the corner from the dome, making it a great place to slam some quality fuel before the big game (#fansneedenergytoo). Downstairs in the street level lounge, you’ll find a delicious oyster bar, while the upstairs houses a dining room with a panoramic view of the park and the city skyline. Be sure to try at least one of their 19 signature cocktails!

Taco Mac Philips Arena: Talk about a restaurant chain that believes in going big or going home. If you can’t find a beer you like among their insane beer selection, you might need to have your taste buds checked. Or you might just need to enroll in their Brewniversity. If you’ve been to one of their other 20 something locations, imagine that on steroids. If you’re looking for an extra ticket to the game, it’s probably here. And if that doesn’t work out, you’ll have lots of TVs to choose from.

Elliott Street Deli & Pub: Falcon’s Fans come in all shapes and sizes. If commercialized pre-gaming isn’t your shtick, pop over to this divey neighborhood bar. The walls are lined with with Georgia Dome memorabilia and the seats are filled with the city’s more eclectic fans. Also, it’s located right across from the dome (#somethingforeveryone).

CNN Center Concourse: There’s no getting around the price of beer inside the dome. Known for having the largest, cheapest beers in the area, you can grab a few cold ones here before heading in. They are also shops, TVs, and a Chick Fil A for you to peruse while you booze.
