Fall/winter Issue Of The Beacham Series Published Oct. 14

ATLANTA – The Fall/Winter issue of The Beacham Series was published on Oct. 14, marking the second full year of the magazine’s existence.

The cover of the Fall/Winter issue features a screen porch from a 1920s-era Mediterranean style home on Peachtree Battle Avenue in Buckhead. The home was recently renovated by Favero Fine Homes under the direction of celebrated Atlanta architect Keith Summerour. It is on the market with Beacham & Company senior sales associate Nancy Meister. The list price is $2.99 million.

The cover photo was taken by Blayne Beacham, Director of Creative Services for Beacham & Company. Beacham is the principal photographer for The Beacham Series, which is an exclusive publication of Beacham & Company that is published three times a year and is distributed to 25,000 of the most affluent households in metro Atlanta. The magazine is also mailed to more than 1,700 real estate brokerage companies in 64 countries.

The first issue of The Beacham Series was published in February 2007. Since then, the publication has tripled in size and the distribution has more than doubled.
Beacham & Company founder Glennis Beacham credits the magazine with being a key component in the success of her two-year old company, which has sold more residential real estate by volume in Buckhead’s $1 million and up market than any other real estate office in 2008.
