Constantly raising the bar for his peers, Troy currently holds the record for the highest sale in Atlanta real estate history, “Le Reve,” a 50 thousand sqft estate on 72 acres that sold for $ 12 million. His list of solds also includes 3410 Ridgewood Road a 22,000 sqft home that went for $6 Million and was the largest sale in Fulton County in 2012. Because of his expertise and accomplishments, Troy has appeared on several TV shows including HGTV’s TVs and Million Dollar rooms.

Despite Troy’s busy schedule, he still finds time to give back to his community. Troy is very passionate about volunteering his time and money to support numerous charities and causes. On a personal note, Troy’s success in real estate is the product of an enterprising career that began working for Porsche and BMW. Later, he started a successful printing and advertising company, 808 Images, before turning his attention to real estate sales.
Troy came from humble beginnings and grew up in the small town of Martinsville, VA. After graduating from college in Virginia, he moved to North Carolina where he met his wife, Melissa. They have been married for over 20 years and have two boys. Troy resides in Garden Hills and has a strong passion for sports cars.
