Mary Beth has loved living in Atlanta and the Southeast for more than 30 years. She was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the Bethesda, Maryland suburb.

Mary Beth joined Beacham & Company with great enthusiasm in the spring of 2013 and hit the ground running. She has sold and assisted in selling dozens of homes including involvement in a sale of a property listed at $5 million in the Buckhead area. Her focus is on Client needs and has assisted Buyers and Sellers in several neighborhoods in metro Atlanta. She is a tough negotiator whose motivation is to protect her client. Paramount is the trust and relationship with her clients. She respects their confidentiality. Mary Beth strives to provide professional, caring service utilizing the top notch resources of Beacham & Company.

She held numerous sales and management positions over her 17 year career at AT&T, such as Sales Manager Major Business Accounts ($100 million responsibility), Sales Operations, Market Management, and Region Sales Vice President Staff. She was recognized as number one Sales Manager in the Southeast consecutive years. Additionally, Mary Beth was nominated to the Management Development Program for individuals identified with potential to advance the corporate ladder.
Mary Beth left the business career she loved to raise her two boys she loves who are now grown with careers of their own.
Over the years, Mary Beth has been active in the community and schools. She served several years as “Grade Rep” at Pace Academy, Pace Fall Fair Chair, Team Mom NYO, Pace tennis, Pace lacrosse, fund raising & volunteer activities. Mary Beth served on the Advisory Board of Shepherd Center for 3 years. She is involved with Women Shaping Shepherd and other activities. She supports Covenant House, Chastain Park Conservancy, Our House and other nonprofits/civic associations.
Mary Beth resides near Brookhaven/Buckhead, just into Sandy Springs. Her knowledge of the real estate market is specific to those areas and Vinings. She has also helped clients in other neighborhoods based upon their needs and what makes sense for them.
