Ashley recently joined her husband, Ross Kotkin, at Beacham & Company in 2015. Not only is Ashley an Atlanta native, her family roots here date back to the early 1800’s. Her ancestors include Meredith Collier, who settled in what is now Ansley Park and whose family house still stands there today, as well as John Collier who was a Superior Court judge and is often considered one of the city’s founding fathers. John Collier filed the charter that renamed the city of ‘Marthasville’ to ‘Atlanta’. John Collier’s son, Charles, ultimately became a two-term mayor of Atlanta.
Ashley grew up in Vinings and attended The Westminster Schools. She went on to attend both Davidson College and Georgia State University, graduating with a degree in Finance. She worked at SunTrust Bank for several years before starting a family. Ashley and her husband live in the Buckhead area with their five children who attend The Westminster Schools and Warren T. Jackson Elementary.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling. She is also actively involved at her children’s schools and the Cirlces Salon group at the High Museum of Art. Although she is new to real estate, her knowledge of Atlanta and its surrounding areas, as well as husband’s real estate experience, will be a huge asset to her clients.
