About Clair Clark

We met Clair spontaneously at an open house and decided to work with her after seeing how supportive and knowledgeable she is. Throughout the home search and buying process, Clair kept us informed, up-to-date and was always available to talk. After finding us our dream home that managed to meet all of our wishes even in a limited market, she made the closing process easy. We are now listing our previous home with Clair and know she will continue to do an amazing job!

Clair Clark, represented us in a recent long- distance property purchase during the height of the COVID pandemic when she responded to a Zillow referral to assist us in purchasing a condo, sight-unseen, in Atlanta, a city where we have never visited and do not know anyone. Appearing not the least bit apprehensive about this, Clair immediately and without the least hesitation, went to work for us, spending hours getting to know us, our personalities and needs, assisting us in finding and looking over potential places and guiding us gently away from properties which, while looking good superficially, may not have been suitable to our individual long-term needs. I affirm that Clair Clark is truly that “consummate pro!!” Except for “speechless,” There really are no superlatives that would adequately acknowledge our sincere appreciation for all Clair did for us. She went many extra miles. She knocked it out of the park. She nailed it. If you are looking to sell or purchase, Clair is the person you need on your side. She cares passionately for clients and is a fierce advocate where their needs are concerned. There appear to be no limits to her caring and her expertise. I will close by stating while this review was solicited, I had already written it and had fully intended to submit it before being invited to do so. I will also share that I am not accustomed to submitting reviews of any kind. In fact, that I would ever submit a review at all, is singularly significant.
