Need to Know: 2019 Homestead Exemptions

New Senior Homestead Exemption

All property owners over the age of 65 are now eligible for a senior homestead exemption that will increase their base exemption from $30,000 to $50,000. This exemption only applies to the Fulton County portion of the property taxes.
