Robert Orr named Beacham ‘Sense of Excellence’ winner

Beacham & Company, REALTORS® recently named Robert Orr its 2018 Sense of Excellence Award winner. The Sense of Excellence Award is Beacham’s highest honor and is presented annually to the agent who demonstrates the utmost professionalism and conscientiousness in their real estate business.

Orr joined Beacham in 2009 but has been selling real estate in Atlanta since 1984. He is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, a Phoenix Award recipient, a Crystal Award recipient and is licensed as an Associate Broker.

In bestowing the award, Beacham & Company founder Glennis Beacham called Orr a true friend whom she has relied upon for advice for years. Beacham said, “He is the most knowledgeable person about real estate and the Atlanta market that I’ve ever met and there is no limit to what he will do to help another agent. I am honored to know him and call him a friend.”

Born and raised in South Georgia, he has been an Atlanta resident for 40 years. Robert graduated from Auburn University (BSBA in Finance) and the University of Georgia (MBA). An accomplished artist, he delighted his friends, clients and fellow Realtors with his original pen and ink greeting cards for two decades. He has also traveled extensively, not only in the States, but also in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Past winners of the Sense of Excellence Award have been Stewart Hammond and Kristen Sodemann.
