ATLANTA — The spring issue of Atlanta’s premier luxury real estate magazine, The Beacham Series, published yesterday amidst great fanfare as more than 300 guests attended an invitation-only release party at Pirch in Buckhead.
Pirch is a San Diego-based company founded in 2009 that specializes in fixtures and appliances for the kitchen, bath and outdoors. The company has received several prizes and honors as a retailer and for the design of their showrooms, where customers can find what they are going to buy properly installed and working. In 2015, Forbes magazine named Pirch one of the top 25 most promising companies in America. The Buckhead location across from Phipps Plaza in Buckhead is the company’s fourth outside of California and eighth overall.
The Beacham Series, now in its ninth year, showcases more than $150 million in Atlanta real estate for sale. The spring issue is the first of two issues to be published each year and more than 75% of the homes featured in each issue sell before the next issue is published.
