Beacham Exceeds Total 2012 Sales Before The End Of September

Despite an overall decline in sales for metro Atlanta from 2012, Beacham & Company, Realtors has sold more real estate in 2013 as of the end of September than all last year. Included in that tally is the sale of 200 Londonberry Road in August for $3.9 million.

Beacham & Company, Realtors exceeded its sales for all of 2012 as of the end of September, ensuring a sixth consecutive year of double digit growth. This milestone was achieved despite a 10% decline in homes sales for all of metro Atlanta.
With more than $300 million in sale volume thus far in 2013, Beacham has eclipsed all previous sales records for a calendar year. Unit sales of homes are up 32% from 2012 and the company set all-time sales records in all but two months of 2013.
The key to the firm’s success in 2013 are its agents first and foremost, said Dac Carver, Vice President and Managing Broker. The firm’s agents sold on average more than $4 million in real estate over the previous 12 months. No other firm in metro Atlanta has an average per agent of more than $4 million.
“We are extremely proud to have the most productive agents in metro Atlanta,” Carver said. “Their success is because of their professionalism, integrity and commitment to providing consistent results for their clients.”
