When did you get into real estate and why?

My love for real estate began in Columbus, Ohio. I got a job working as a administrative assistant for a father and his two sons in the commercial brokerage department at John Galbreath & Co, an international developer. I wasn’t content to simply do all the paperwork while they were meeting with the clients and hammering out the deals. After a couple of years, I got my real estate license and started selling homes for a local real estate firm. The rest is history; I’ve been selling or leasing commercial and residential real estate ever since. It’s a thrilling career that has given me the opportunity to meet some very interesting people and be involved in their lives.

When I moved to Atlanta in 1993, from Princeton, NJ, I was very excited to come to a big city. Atlanta had everything to offer: a beautiful rolling terrain, cultural venues, shopping, and a condo market that was just starting to “pop”. I live in south Buckhead in a condo with my black lab mix, Jazz. This is perfect for my busy lifestyle and I have every amenity available to me, plus, I can walk to many restaurants and stores. I love city living, so this makes it easy for me to recommend it to my buyers.

What special services do you provide for your client?

I believe in a very “hands on” policy. I personally show all my listings (vacant and occupied) to all of my clients. I, also, do my best to give my buyers and sellers all the knowledge they need to make good educated decisions. I think a lot of it is attitude. I love selling and as a result get most of my clients through referrals. I want to provide the best possible experience throughout the process. “Excellence is defined not by your successes, but by the manner in which you achieve them.”

What are your goals for the fall market?

I am very excited about the fall market. All the recent numbers indicate that the market is getting stronger; not just single family, but the condominium market, as well. I am looking forward to working with some higher-end condo buyers and seeing some absorption in that section of the market.
