ATLANTA – Jim Warwick, a perennial multi-million dollar producer in Atlanta real estate for more than 15 years, has joined Beacham & Company, REALTORS® as a senior sales associate.

Warwick comes to Beacham & Company from Harry Norman, REALTORS® where he was a Top Ten Agent Companywide and a Top Ten Agent in the Buckhead Northwest office. In 2001, he earned the prestigious Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors for achieving $1 million in sales volume for 10 consecutive years.
Most of Warwick’s sales occur in Atlanta, but he has also developed a reputation as a Historic Property Specialist and represents numerous buyers and sellers of homes in towns outside of Atlanta that are renowned for their historic architecture.
Beacham & Company founder and president Glennis Beacham has known Warwick for more than 15 years and praised him for his professionalism and contributions to Atlanta real estate.

Prior to entering real estate, Warwick worked in marketing for The Coca-Cola Company for 15 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and a masters of science degree from Georgia State University.
