The Person Behind the Purpose
Susan is from Coral Gables, Florida, graduated from Florida State University and is married to Chip Traynor of JP Morgan Private Client Services. After graduating in 1966, she became a “native” Atlantan, attracted to the city’s unique entreprenuerial spirit anchored in strong traditional values. She and Chip have enjoyed participating in, as well as observing, the city’s development into an international business, medical, arts and sports center, while still maintaining its special sense of neighborhoods and hospitality. They also consider themselves fortunate to have three adult children and three grandchildren living in Atlanta.

Susan joined Harry Norman, Reators, in 1966, as her youngest child was graduating from high school. Her real estate resume’ included developing Eden Condominiums on Perdido Key on the Florida Panhandle in the early 1980’s with her husband, Chip. Jack Goy of France was the conceptual architect; Julian George, known for his work at the Hyatt of Maui and the Princess at Acapulco, designed the pool, the rock formations and fountains of Eden; Trisha Wilson of Dallas designed the lobbies. Susan was involved in all phases of the project, from the original design work, to advertising and sales as well as construction and design supervision. www.edencondominiums.com
