About Kellum
Kellum’s life revolves around beautiful houses. Even before becoming a Realtor in 1994, she renovated her own homes while honing her eye for light, proportion, and style as a commercial photographer's representative. Her family's current home, a total restoration of an historic English Tudor, was on the Druid Hills Home and Garden Tour in 2007, was featured on Good Day Atlanta and in the AJC. Also, two of the Hoffmann Company kitchens, for which Kellum consults on all design and finish selections, were chosen for the Junior League tour of Kitchens and featured in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles.
Kellum began her career in the luxury home market at Coldwell Banker Previews, Buckhead. While there, she became known for her skills as a Buyer's Agent and matching clients with homes that meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while protecting their interests in the purchase negotiation and purchase and sale contract.
While seeking the best homes for her clients, Kellum noticed a troubling trend in both new and renovated properties: declining construction quality and inferior design. So she decided to become a partner in creating The Hoffmann Company; a boutique design build firm dedicated to executing superior restorations, and building new homes in period style to offer for sale. She is excited by the rare level of design and craftsmanship they bring to the market. Their homes are unmatched in quality and design, they are a good fit for her clients and a welcome addition to the historic neighborhoods where she lives and works.
As The Hoffmann Company’s residential real estate expert, Kellum handles all purchase and sale transactions for the company. Between buying and selling houses, she ensures the marketability of Hoffmann homes by consulting on the designs, floor plans, and finishes of each project.
Kellum is available to help you with all aspects of your real estate needs including representing buyers, sellers and those wanting a genuine Hoffmann home. She is also available to consult on renovations designed with an eye on style, function and increased marketability.
