ATLANTA – JoEllen Bradley has joined Beacham & Company, REALTORS® as a senior sales associate.

Bradley comes to Beacham & Company from Harry Norman, REALTORS® where she was a Top 25 Agent Companywide and a Top Ten Agent in the Buckhead/Northwest office.
Beacham & Company founder and president Glennis Beacham credits Bradley with having an unsurpassed knowledge of the intown condo and townhome market, with particular emphasis on the high end. Bradley’s average sales price last year was more than $1 million.
“JoEllen’s greatest strength is her ability to relate to the needs of discriminating buyers,” Beacham said. “She understands what they are looking for in terms of luxury amenities, convenience and privacy. Bradley, who is an Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Accredited Relocation Specialist and a Certified Residential Specialist, became a real estate agent in 2000 and earned Rookie of the Year honors at Harry Norman, REALTORS® for selling more than $8 million her first year in real estate.
Prior to becoming an agent, Bradley worked in commercial real estate for A.J. Land of Pope & Land Enterprises.
Bradley participates in numerous community and civic organizations including the Atlanta Humane Society, Junior League of Atlanta (sustaining member), and the Shepherd Spinal Center. She is also on the Neighborhood Planning Unit-A executive board of the West Paces/Northside Neighborhood Association.
Bradley resides in Buckhead.
