ABOUT CYNTHIA

Cynthia Stanford is among the most experienced sales associates at Beacham & Company, having begun her career in 1992 at one of Atlanta's largest real estate companies where she earned Rookie of the Year sales honors.

Over the last15-plus years, Cynthia has established a reputation for producing consistent results and has earned the Atlanta Board of REALTORS' prestigious Phoenix Award for selling more than $1 million in real estate over 10 consecutive years.

She joined Beacham & Company in June 2008, seeking to work with other top producers in an organization that places the highest emphasis on professionalism and integrity. She brings a reputation of being one of the most well-liked agents in Atlanta, known for her knowledge and dedication to ethical standards. 

As a result of her extensive experience in Atlanta real estate, Cynthia has sold residential and commercial real estate in many different areas of Atlanta, including representation of buyers and sellers in these areas:
