Cindy Smith joined Beacham & Company in December 2007 after a long career at another Atlanta real estate company where she was a Top 15 Agent in their Buckhead/Powers Ferry office and a Top 25 Agent in their Buckhead/Northwest office. Smith’s sales volume in 2007 was nearly $10 million and her average sale was more than $1 million.
 
She is an Accredited Relocation Specialist and a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Council.

Prior to her real estate career, Smith developed her sales acumen in medical sales and service. While practicing as an audiologist, she earned Siemens Sales Awards in 1990, 1992 and 1994.
 
Smith is a Westminster Schools Parent Association member and volunteer, active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, member of the Chastain Park Conservatory, and a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.
 
She resides in Buckhead with her daughter.
