Carol Avery

Carol Avery joined Beacham & Company in December 2009 after 15 years as a top agent at one of Atlanta's largest real estate companies. Her primary areas of expertise include Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, East Cobb and Alpharetta.

Carol grew up in Lawrenceville, Ga. and has lived in the Atlanta area her entire life. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in Finance and was a commercial banker and Assistant Vice President with Bank South (now Bank of America) prior to her career in real estate.

Carol credits her success in real estate to developing long-term relationships with her clients, providing excellent service, listening to client needs, and taking an an honest, thorough, energetic and caring approach to buying or selling. 

"Choosing an agent is an important decision for any buyer or seller," Carol says. "It is my duty to have a smooth transaction and help every step of the way to the closing table with a happy and satisfied client."

Carol and her husband, Jeff, who is also an Atlanta native (Druid Hills), reside in Sandy Springs. They have one daughter who is a second year law student at the University of Georgia.
