Ross Kotkin

Ross Kotkin was born and raised in Miami, Florida where his family has resided since 1915.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance.  Additionally, he earned a Juris Doctorate as well as a Master of Laws in Taxation.

Since the late 1990’s Ross has been involved in many aspects of real estate.  He has been a principal and co-manager of multiple commercial properties.  This involvement included the acquisition, management, and ultimate disposition of multiple unit apartment and warehouse properties.  Additionally, he took on the same responsibilities with several luxury homes and condominiums.  He has designed and managed complete renovations of residential properties as well as new construction.  This experience allows Ross to envision the potential of everything from gut renovation projects to smaller kitchen and bathroom remodels.  This skill set certainly sets Ross apart and has been a proven asset to his clients.

Ross and his wife, Ashley currently reside in the Buckhead area with their five children who attend The Westminster Schools as well as Warren T. Jackson Elementary.  He is very involved with the High Museum of Art and is an active member of the Circles Salon Group.  In his free time, Ross also enjoys playing tennis.
